Lump on upper right side

This morning I found a lump in my 7 month old female unspayed dwarf lop, doesn't seem to bother her when I touch it. I'm almost positive it's not her nipple cause it seems too on the side. In the pictures it looks small but it sticks out like a skin tag humans would get. Lately she's been very aggressive and growling lots we see the vet tomorrow morning any ideas? It's skin colored and a lump under the skin, also kinda white maybe crusty at the top I'm not sure

could be a small abscess. rabbits tend to get thos often. but it does look a lot like a nipple to me.

Maybe you can provide a photo of where it is on the rabbit.
Sure looks like a nipple.
As for the behaviour, getting her spayed should help that. Typical hormonal rabbit behaviour.
