I think, as a possibility, I may disagree. Though she does look very much like a sable she is very dark. Does the rabbit have an extremely soft and shiny coat? I'm thinking that this may be a dark Copper Satin (not uncommon because many times breeders don't breed the red color back in) that has a white spot on its nose. White or cream spots aren't that uncommon either if the breeder was unexperienced and trying to bring the lighter color back into their herd. The only thing that makes me say this is that it would be an extremely dark Sable.
Also, there are very dark chinchillas that take on that chocolatey cast. I believe there is actually a chocolate chinchilla in one breed....if I could just find what one it was...

I really don't think that either of those will help you though because it just wouldn't make sense. Your rabbit was definately bred from meat-type rabbits so that narrows it down. Other than that......I don't know for sure
