How bad is shampoo?

Well today Sabrina managed to knock over a garbage can and remove the lid while I was at school. There was nothing dangerous in the can (thank god) but she did manage to get some shampoo between her ears on top of her head. I did a thorough check and that seems to be the only spot where she had any. I used a few drops of water to try to get it off but she still has a very strong scent on her.

Is it harmful to her skin? Does anyone have a suggestion as to how to get the shampoo off? I am a bit worried about her not grooming the area.

I know that it is probably fine but I just need to double check that she will be ok.

P.S. Obviously I have removed the garbage can from the area where she has access to while I am not home.

Keep at it with a wet cloth, although I think the scent will last a day or two.

Won't hurt, especially not being with in licking reach.
