I just a bought a herbal wellness drink for my budgie but it says also can be used for small animals. And i am thinking adding a little bit to my rabbits water. Its ingredients are Echinaceae radix (Coneflower root), ethanol, aqua purificata. I am asking to make sure its safe for my rabbit.

In my opinion, it's pretty much snake oil. You'll find no hard evidence that it does anything good, but 3 drops wouldn't hurt either, the ethanol is irrelevant in that amounts.

I wouldn't get pets used to flavoured water. They know when they are thirsty, and plain water is the best for that.

Don't add anything to water. You can give some dried coneflower, just a few little leaves a day if you want to give them a healthy treat.
