help with gettin tibelles to use the ladder

my rabbis has jut been bort a hutch with a run under neath it is huge pics later.

but the food is on the bottem foor so is the water as i can not put itany were else but tiblles will only go up the ladder and not down. canu sugest sum ways on how to help her

When i first got our new hutch, Roxy and Nibbleswould only go down and not up - so the opposite, I don't really haveany suggestions but i think she will learn to do it in her own time.

One thing you could try is by holding a carrot (or some of her favourite food) and leading her down with it so she follows it.
