Help! Just noticed little black hole looking scab in bunny’s fur

Does anyone know what this is or where it came from? the vet is closed until tomorrow. It is on the bunnies left side directly in the middle of bunnies body. Not my rabbit but looking for help for a friend! Is there anything I can put on it until tomorrow when he can be seen?

If there's a lump with a hole, most likely possibilities are an abscess or a botfly. Treatment by an experienced rabbit vet is needed for both. For now I wouldn't mess with it until the rabbit can be seen by a vet tomorrow. If it's a botfly and it gets crushed in there, it can release harmful toxins.
