My name is Sara, and Iam the pround owner of 2 11 week old English Lop does. I just got into the breed, and rabbits at that, but Iam going to be breeding Mini Rex's English Lops, and possibly Velveteen Lops. Maybe even afew more breeds.

Duchess is my doe. She is a broken orange and extremely colorful. Her ears are about 18inch at 11 weeks.
Roo is my mothers doe. She is also a broken orange. Duchess and Roo are full sisters.

I will get pictures of them up soon.

Welcome to the forum!:welcome1

Have you always bred buns? Just so you know, we have a Rabbitry section that could help you out quite a bit, if ever in need;).

Let us know if you need help with getting pics to work. By the way, you'll need to use a hosting site to post them, as the forum doesn't support attachments any longer.

Again, Welcome! Look forward to hearing from you and see pics.

Hi Welcome to the forum Bossman :biggrin2:

It would be lovely to see pics of your does.
I thought it might help to mention that we have tons of information about bunny basics in our Bunny 101 section
Here is the link:

Breeding bunnies is a huge responsibility and I wish you the best on this journey. Here are two articles, one talking to prospective breeders who do not have much experience about the rigours of bunny breeding and the other article is a discussion about shelter bunnies.

I was wondering too, where is your location? Might be good to pop it into your avatar so you can read about area specific vet savvy vets etc and it gives us an idea of what kind of stuff is available in your area such as shelters, breeders etc.:)

Welcome!

Aww I love English Lops, they are so unique!:D If you don't mind me asking, why have you decided to get into breeding? :)
