Dropping food from moth?

Whenever i show my rabbit a carrot he'll run towards me; grab the carrot and run away then he's gonna try eating but small pieces of carrot gonna fell out of his mouth? Every time he takes a bite it's gonna fall out of his mouth? What is wrong with him ? He's not eatting hard stuff only soft and drinking alot of water.
