Color of pee a problem?

Have been giving our dwarf angora rabbit an anti-biotic for the last 5 days. This am his urine was the color of the anti-biotic, a pink/orange. Have a call into the prescribing Vet, but have yet to get an answer. Could this be a problem? Help appreciated!

What antibiotic? I've never had an antibiotic change the color of urine to something abnormal. Just change beige/brown urine or urine with red spots of blood from a UTI, the antibiotic will eventually make the urine go back to normal. But I suppose it's possible the food dyes in an antibiotic may get excreted in the urine, and change the color temporarily.
