From reading the ad and looking at the pictures, I think this is mostly broken and odd size pieces. He seems to be targeting his ad toward mosaic artists who use small broken tile pieces.

I have one pen completely tiled (since Virgil is a voracious rug eater) and also use them for cooling, but I don't think this batch would be useful to you (unless you want to get into mosaic art).

The ones in #3 look mostly like whole pieces though so if you were to go for any of them, id go for that. i wouldnt want to use any of the not whole ones though because id be afraid of sharp edges.

He brought all 5 bins over for me, plus 42 20"x20" new carpet squares.

In all he just charged me $35.

I haven't gone through the bins to see what all I have but I see a lot of good intact pieces.
