Baltimore Bunnies

I just finished the last six blocks for my Baltimore Bunnies quilt. Now I just have to applique the borders and sew all the blocks together. I'll post a picture of the finished top as soon as it is done.

It's really beautiful, Patti. Are you planning to keep this quilt?

Yeah, I going to keep this one and show it. How could I possibly give it away! It will be perfect on the bed in my guest room. The entire guest room has become bunny themed.

So far it's taken me about six months to applique the 12 blocks. I probably have a minimum of another six months to applique the borders, assemble the top and quilt it. That's about average for a quilt this size. All of my work is 100% by hand which is why it takes so long.

Did you design the blocks yourself or work from a pattern?

Also, had you posted the other blocks in a different thread? I can't find them and would love to see them.

I would love to learn how to quilt but just don't have the time right now....maybe some day in the future I could take a class
