Im so excited! This is my first "self serviced" litter. Ive had 3 others but weve always taken my does to a lady who would breed them to her buck. Ive tried 4 or 5 times to get my girls to have babies but due to a bad buck didnt accomplish anything. So i gave that buck away as a pet and got a better one.
Also yesterday (the day the babies were born actually) I went to my first "show" which was actually the county fair. I showed the babies father and a half sister to the babies. BOTH of my rabbits got Grand Champion!! The judge had nothin but nice things to say about my buck! Said the only thing he would change would be ear color and that it was just due to age. He also liked my doe.
Ps. When i got home from the livestock show... THIS was sittin in my pasture.
