3 month old bunny with red eyes. Not albino.

I have a 3 month old rabbit that I've had since she was born. I've noticed that her third eyelid is really pink and the outline of her eyes (skin) is more pink than her siblings.
The mother has a slight head tilt which I'm treating right now, but could her baby have gotten something from her?
They're not housed together anymore.
I'll try to post a picture of it.
Anyone have any ideas of what it might be or how serious it is?

Nestbox eye? Try some triple antibiotic ointment or teramycin for now--that is the least invasive method. If it persists after a few days of applying the ointment to the eye, an oral antibiotic might help. I would also clean out the environment and look for anything dusty or fluffy.
