They are so squirmy! I removed the nestbox today. I just can't believe that a 4 1/2 pound bunny could have 8 babies!

They are VERY cute!!! I had a rabbit named Brownie that in her first litter had 8 babies. She was a 4.25lb Mini Rex. All of the babies made it (I did foster 2 to another mother though). Shiny Things came from that litter. I had breed Brownie as well. (Yen and Unforgetable were her parents).

I like bunnies 1-3 the most.

It is soon, but I think that 1, 2, and 7 are boys and the rest girls. I also weighed them and they are 4-6 oz. Does this seem right?

They started eating solid food today! They are eating a mix of timothy, orchard, oat, and meadow hay and Oxbow young rabbit pellets. They get unlimited of both. I used to feed alfalfa hay to the babies, but they seem to do better on a mix of grasses.

I just noticed - my hand looks really weird in the pics lol!

Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww Totally adorable bunnies! :)

I'm planning to post more pics in a couple days; is this too soon?
