    Buying pallets in bulk?

I usually purchase pallets in the 4.5 lb bags from kaylee but now my local pet store started selling pallets in bulk. You just get it from the dispenser and weight. I asked the employees and they tell me it's the same as the name brand stuff and the price is significantly lower. I tried a...

    Sleeping habits

So Loki likes to be in the loaf position to sleep and Thor usually sleeps stretched out. Yesterday, Thor stretched out, then flop to her side. Is that a good thing?

    Rattling cage

They are out of the cage from when I get home til I go to sleep so they get a good five hours or so in the evening and I usually let them out for an hour in the morning while getting ready. They have a mixture of hay in their tray and sticks and other toys to play with. And their water bowl is...

    Rattling cage

Is there any way to stop them from rattling the cage at night? My bunnies likes to do it at 3 am and doesn't stop til I get up. I don't want to feed them to get them thinking that's what time food will be served. When I first got them they would do it every two hours starting from midnight...

    missing fur on leg????

But the female doesn't have that on her leg? Unless I can't see it cuz her fur is all black. I will have to check her when I get home. But either way I got them an appointment but it's not til next week. Hope it's nothing and they can get a check up at the same time. Also, the vet told me...

    missing fur on leg????

No. I just got them 2 weeks ago and they just got neutered and sprayed so there was some pain medication but nothing otherwise. I don't know if this happened before or after I got them. Sorry bunnies, but to the doctors we go.

    missing fur on leg????

So I just noticed this on one of my bunnies' leg yesterday as you can't see it unless he stands up and I have no idea what it is? The two bunnies haven't been fighting that I've seen no extra grooming is happening. Should I worry about this?

    Litter training

So I had to move my two rabbit's cage around and I moved the litter box so I understand it will take time for them to get used to it again so accidents are fine. But they keep peeing in the same spot, even after I used vinegar and water to clean the spot. Is there something else I can try?

    Missing fur on leg

No, it's on the outer thigh. It's about the size of a quarter but he won't stand still enough for me to take a picture

    Missing fur on leg

I just notice today that there is a sizable tuft of fur missing on my bunny's leg (I guess would be the thigh area). Should I be worry? He is a part of a bonded pair but they've been getting along well.

    peeing outside the litter box...maybe

okay, so I changed the blanket to a white one to see if there are any stains and it's def. water. But I can't figure out how they got it there as it's about 5 feet away from the water bowl. Unless they sat it in the bowl than sat down on the fleece...

    Poop everywhere!

They are sprayed and neutered (one male and one female) but even the adoption people don't know how old they are...they are guessing about 1? They just got sprayed and neutered 3 days before I got them. I guess I'll see what the bunnies does when they've been here longer. I have a large cat...

    Poop everywhere!

Tho it only seems to happen when I put them in the cage and close the play pen. When I go to work I would open the cage and attach a play pen so they have more room (I've only had them for a week, no free roaming for them yet), and when I get back, there is poop all over the enclosed area, some...

    peeing outside the litter box...maybe

So I just adopted my bonded pair a little more than a week ago. No one has any idea how old they are as they were left in a box at the local petland. But they had good litter box skills when I got them and they were fine. Earlier this week I had to rearrange their cage cuz they figured out...

    Eating in the litter box

I might switch after I finish the bag I have. Do you have to line the bottom with news paper or just the "Yesterday's News" itself is fine?

    Eating in the litter box

I have newspaper at the bottom of the litter box and some bedding on top (which isn't really doing much since it's still soaks through the newspaper so I will probably stop buying that), then a bunch of hay on top. I am just wondering if maybe they will eat some stuff that they peeped on and if...

    Eating in the litter box

As of right now I put the hay in the litter box so my bunnies can eat and poop at the same time. Should I have a box just for hay or is it fine for them to eat where they poop and pee?
