Thank you all. I have other things for her to play with. I think it may just be as Jessyka said and she wants to chew the carpet. I was worried that the ends may get caught in her tummy. I'm not bothered about the damage to the carpet as it's old. I thought i may change it for lino anyway...

I always have hay hanging in Lola's cage, she has a hanging chew toy made of maze i think it also has nuts in it plus she has a wooden dangly thing too. So why is it these seem to be untouched, but when she's let out of her cage she chews the carpet :dunno. While she's out of her cage the door...
