wondering about my bunnies spay incision

so im unsure if i need to see the vet, but it has been 1 full week so 7 days since my female bunny got spayed....and i noticed that she has a small opening and redness at the bottom of her incision. is it from her licking it open? is it stretched out? im just so unsure how to go about this...its the first time i ever owned a bunny so please help...thanks!
