Wild bunny with abnormal nose

My neighborhood is basically overrun with rabbits. They’re everywhere! I personally enjoy it, but many of my flower garden neighbors do not. There is a particular all white rabbit that hangs around and I noticed today that it’s nose seems deformed. It’s nares seem to be protruding from its face in a long and floppy fashion. I can’t get close enough for a pic, but I’ll try. When I first saw it several months ago, it’s nose appeared normal, unless this is a different all white rabbit? It hops around, nibbles, and appears to be thriving. Is it possible it’s just a benign deformity or is it something that will worsen?

If it just appears sagging or swollen, it could have gotten in a fight with another rabbit and may have ripped or damaged skin around the nose or mouth.
