Why does my rabbit keep shaking his head and itching?

All of a sudden I’ve noticed Arlo shaking his head constantly and occasionally itching. Should I be worried? I only got him two days ago.....

Had he been in the litter box or eating hay before this? He probably just got dust in his ears. If so, then shaking his head and scratching his ears would just be how he is grooming himself.

Double check your bunnies ears for ear mites and or fleas. Hopefully your Bunny is just grooming itself.
