Without being able to see the spot clearly in the photo, a white spot can mean a cataract, ulcerated cornea, or e. cuniculi induced uveitis.

A cataract may not need any medical treatment, unless you have an experienced vet that is able to perform cataract surgery on a rabbit. But the uveitis from EC may need medical treatment, and an ulcerated cornea absolutely does need the appropriate treatment. It would be best to have your rabbit evaluated by an experienced rabbit vet right away.

Medirabbit: corneal abrasion and ulcer

Medirabbit: cataracts
