what is this in my hay?

does anyone know what this is in my rabbit's hay? this new bag has had a lot of them. can she eat these or should i keep picking it out?

Some sort of weed. If there are just a few random pieces, I would just pick them out. But if the hay is full of them, I would return it for a new bag. Though if the new bag is from the same batch of hay, you'll need to check it thoroughly for those same weeds.

my oxbow hay always has 1-3 of these, my rabbits don't care and eat anyways. They act normal
