I'm pretty positive she is a dwarf and she is albino.

She looks like a Polish. If her eyes are red then she's REW (ruby eyed white).

Looks like a REW Polish or maybe a Britannia petite . Rew is the color (stands for ruby eyed white) 1st photo is of a polish:

I can't tell if she has an arch or not. The main difference between the breeds are weight, and the body structure. Polish has a compact body so it will be filled in near the center(dont really know how to explain it) the Britannia petite will arch out and it will seem "hollow" in the stomach area. EDIT: I think I'm agreeing with majorv that she looks more like a polish to me.
