So my aunt has bred her black otter to a Black self dutch. In the litter their is the usual black, blue and black otter.
But then theirs these two mystery buns.

My first thought was agouti. But that's impossible as the parents are black otter and black self.

So I thought of sable, tort or even steel.
But they look ticked. Steel doesn't show on otter does it?
Looking at these "gold tipped" babies what could they possibly be?

Mum is black otter Lionhead cross, dad is black dutch. Babies below.

What are those Agouti looking babies from a Black otter and a Black self dutch?

I see a steel, a chestnut and 2 steel otters
Honestly your black dutch looks like a steel dutch, I see some ticking on her sides and face.

Yes, I was thinking there was a bit of ticking on Mum's sides. Mum also looks like she has a bit of that gold, browny color on her belly
Mum's a Black otter, they can have that up the sides.
They also have a tan edge to their stomach.

Her ears and stomach are white aswell, she's not a steel or a steeled otter (they have dark ticked stomach)
