What breed is this? Mom found him on the street so we don't know the age

Oh my gosh that is terrible they dumped her! It looks like a Holland lop to me... and it looks almost show worthy, but I’m no expert at that. You are amazing for rescuing him!I think he's a holland lop but my mom thinks its a baby french lop
Looks more like a holland to me too, though maybe mini, or mix. How big he grows to will also help narrow it down. Hopefully one of the breeders on here familiar with lops will comment, and can give you a more expert opinion.

Looks more like a mini lop to me. Doesn't happen to have a tattoo in its ear, does it?
It may just be a mix breed since it's not sitting up right completely like a Holland or round compact completely like a mini. I could be wrong, but that's what I gather from a little Googling.

Thank you for rescuing him. How people can abandon rabbits is disgusting. My network of friends do rescue, and abandonment stories are heard every day. -- Luckily you got him/her before s/he was killed. Or infested with parasites, etc.
Little guy couldn't help who his parents were, or how s/he entered the world.
