What breed is my male bunny?

I bought my bunny Barry at 8 weeks and was told he was a Lionhead and Lop cross, however he doesn’t have the usual characteristics or physical attributes from those breeds, he is amazing and I love him regardless but I would like if someone could give me some ideas of his breed

Disclaimer: I'm not a breeder. My first thought was that your boy was a black New Zealand or American rabbit. I'm not seeing anything that points toward a Lionhead mix, and Lop ears are hit or miss from what I've been told about mixes (mine has helicopter ears from a Lop mom and Hotot dad). Maybe check out black New Zealand rabbits on search and see what you think?

I agree with all the above, although you also might want to check out Havana mixes too, your bunny looks a bit like my boy, Foxwell, who is an unknown mix, although possibly has a little Havana. Yours is awfully cute however and very shiny, which is really all I have ever found the need to worry about!
