Hi everyone! I’m new to this site but could use some insight today. I have a male lop who is 2.5 years old. He has grown very fond of my parents as they give him all his favourite treats and foods! They went out of town yesterday and he is used to hanging with them in their bedroom at night but I think he noticed they were gone. Could this contribute to the fact that he has refused food all day? He is also moulting but his few poops I’ve seen didn’t have much hair in it. Even his favourite treats he turns his head. He’s had gas In the past but usually id give him some baby gas drops and he usually is back to normal within the hour. I’ve syringed water and some gas drops today. I also made a smoothie/juice using dandelion leaves, some hay and a chunk of pineapple. I syringed some of that as well. Unfortunately today is a holiday and all the vets are closed. Is there anything I can do in the meantime? I’ve tried the massages as well. I really don’t wanna lose him over GI stasis!!
