Hey, guys! So, Hunny is going to be three months soon, and I've heard this is where you slowly begin to introduce veggies. If I am wrong, let me know! Otherwise, any advice/tips for me? I know I'm suppose to introduce one veggie at a time and wait to see any changes in poops, in case it doesnt agree with her. Any advice for the first veggie I should introduce? Preferably the safest option. Literally anything you wish you knew when you were at this point, tell me! I want to make sure I do this properly, as to not upset her or jeopardize her health. Thanks![emoji173]
 
Think more in terms of 'greens' than 'veggies.' Cilantro or romaine lettuce are possible options (but not the only). Feel free to read the page on my website that explains in details how to introduce greens (as well as a list of potential greens, ...and which ones should be limited):
