If I bred 2 Vienna carriers together is it possible for them to throw Vienna marked babies?

You will get vienna marked kits and have the chance to get BEW.

I think most of the kits will be vienna carries.

It is possible for them to throw vienna marked babies. Also possible for them to throw vienna carrier with no markings, and non-vienna. Some lines tend to have more VM vs VC while others lean towards more VC and less VM, from my experience. As you can't confirm the non-vienna vs vienna carrier you'd be best off not using the unmarked kits in a breeding program. You also have a chance at BEW from that cross.
