Hi! I’m new to the forum and need some help! My 6 month netherland dwarf doe just peed on my bed a couple hours ago and there was blood in her urine. This is the first time I’ve ever seen this and I’m not too sure what’s going on. It’s currently 5:45 am and I’m just trying to see what’s wrong with her. She won’t move from the spot she’s laying on in my bed.
Thanks!

Most likely and common cause is a urinary tract infection, and possibly bladder sludge as well.

You'll need to get her seen by a knowledgeable rabbit vet today. Minimum she'll need the proper rabbit safe antibiotic(baytril, smz/tmp, etc), oral meloxicam(NSAID, several days worth), sub q fluids by the vet if she's dehydrated, a gut motility stimulant(metoclopramide, cisapride, etc) if she's stopped eating, and syringe feeding mix(Oxbow critical care, Sherwood recovery food, etc) for regular syringe feeds at home if she's not eating. If she also has bladder sludge, if it's severe, then she may also need sedation so the bladder can be flushed out, and she'll need to be put on a lower calcium diet to help try and prevent it in the future.
