Hope that i can do it and the key will be found in it.The vet can do a urinalysis to determine if there's blood in the urine, and/or a urine culture to determine the bacteria. But regardless of whether or not a test is done, antibiotics would be the first course of action for urinary incontinence, usually. Then if antibiotics don't clear it up, you would need testing done to figure out why the antibiotics didn't clear it up and what exactly is going on.
UTI is urinary tract infection. Diagnosed in people with a dipstick into the urine to detect blood and then cultured and checked under a microscope. Not sure about diagnostic procedure for bunnies, but certainly would be able to be checked by a vet.
