That means he's restricted to a 'special' area to either calm down or to nip his trolling rear so he won't be able to cause any more issues or general trolliness..

Litter box is a special place that if you are being naughty you get to spend some time there. Basically a cool down and talk it out place.

In this case, it's more of a keep the person contained until we can see if they have anything serious to contribute or are only interested in ruffling feathers and being a troll.

They are unable to see the rest of the forum when in the Litterbox, and the Litterbox is only accessible to the person in the litter box and mods/admins to do some mediation of the situation.ve

They stay in there until an agreement about future behaviour has been reached, and that is at the discretion of the Admins.

Basically. If they don't agree to shape up, then they get to stay there...

Very rarely used. But good for detaining users so an admin/mod can speak with them and figure out what is going on and keeping them from posting in the general forum.

He's made posts in just about every section of the Forum. Averaged about 1 post every 5-10 minutes. It will take a little bit to clean them up and move them to the pulled threads.

For now, the IP has been banned since they signed up for a second account. Haven't heard from them since, so hopefully that's the end of it.
