Hey guys! I just got my rabbit yesterday. He has had no problems getting warmed up to his room. Sometimes I'll notice when hes napping, his ears start to tremble. He doesn't scratch at them, either. Could he just be afraid?
Thank you! It turns out it was just a head flick [emoji23] [emoji28]If he's actually sleeping when it happens, listen for teeth chattering. Rabbits sometimes will chatter their teeth when asleep and this could be causing the ear vibration that you are seeing. It's unlikely he would be asleep if he was trembling from fear.
This link has info on how rabbits communicate and what their body language means, if you want to take a look.
