Hi!
After searching for local suppliers of Timothy hay bales, I found a thread on this forum suggesting Feedneeds.com which is local to me. I was super excited to get a few bales from them, but apparently they were sprayed with an application of weed control in the fall. Is this okay for bunnies? Have others here used them without issue? Is it just because it’s winter and I’m buying “old” hay? Perhaps if I wait and buy fresh cut it won’t be sprayed?
Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!
