So my 5 month old doe (which I think is pregnant) has a tilted head. It has been like this for one and a half weeks, I don’t know if this is bad but I would just like to ask.
Please help as soon as you can.

Hi, can you post some photo of your rabbit? One of my rabbits has this problem too and here is my thread maybe you can find some useful information in comments. Hope your rabbit will get better soon

Any new occurrence of head tilt where the rabbit hasn't already received the appropriate treatment for it, is an immediate medical concern and should be investigated by an experienced rabbit vet right away. In very mild cases it can just be due to an ear mite infection which is usually easily treated. In more severe cases it will usually be due to an ear infection or the parasite e. cuniculi, though head/spinal trauma, stroke, abscess, and tumors can also be possibilities.

I would get your bun seen by an experienced rabbit vet right away, especially since it's already been going on for over a week. Usual treatment when it's either an ear infection or e. cuniculi, would be a rabbit safe antibiotic, panacur, and meloxicam(or sometimes corticosteroids in very severe cases), usually for a minimum of a month. If your rabbit also has any eating difficulties then syringe feeding recovery food and water is sometimes necessary.
