So I've been thinking of planting a small herb garden in a plant container thing. I have a big dog whom loves to destroy just about anything he can so I can't plant it in the ground where he can get at it.

What are lists of herb worthy of the bunny diet?

My herb garden which Boomer feeds daily off contains....

2x basil plants. These are my bunny's favourite !!!!
Oregano (he doesn't like oregano)
Thyme
Parsley
Chives (not for Boomer, the chives are for me)
Chili plant (again not for Boomer)

I also hear lavender, mint, coriander and sage are also loved by rabbits.

I plan to plant some basil but at this point I'll be buying some first to see if they like it.

I'll probably plant most of what is mentioned! Thank you.

Another one I would recommend is mint. I had a mint plant last year and my rabbit loved it! Mint is also very easy to grow in containers and very hard to kill.

I'm wondering how well this would do in a Window box with someone who has a brown thumb lol.

I'd love to try. I love in a apartment though so I'd have to do the windows.
Does anyone have a thought how to naturally get rid of those little knat bugs/fruit flies that stick around in your potted plants?

I'll either be doing that it hanging pots as I have a big dog and house cats. I have plenty of back yard just the dog will have much fun destroying the garden!
