Tattoo

So, according to the ARBA, the tattoo must be legible...does that mean it HAS to have visible ink in it?

One of the rabbits I bought a couple weeks ago has apparently managed to clean all the ink out of her tattoo (must have been tattooed the morning I got her, since it WAS visible when I bought her). I can still read the scar since it was done with a pen rather than pliers. Will judges accept a legible scar tattoo? or should I re-pen the tattoo to get ink in it?

I would go ahead and redo it. The scared area may bleed a lot if you tattoo over it - you might try going under or above. hold the pen at a slight angle and be certain to go deep enough to get the ink in.
