If you are in the UK where myxomatosis is a widespread disease, then that could be a myxomatosis nodule. I would suggest getting your rabbit to an experienced rabbit vet immediately, particularly if your rabbit hasn't had the myxo/rhd1 vaccine within the past year. Myxomatosis is a critical disease in rabbits and needs prompt treatment.

Thank you for your reply, my partner managed to get her to vets.. they thought it looked like a bite or sting, nothing bad and not infected thankfully! She had her jabs about 10 days ago :)

Hopefully that's all it is, but I would suggest keeping a close eye on it and check frequently for additional symptoms occurring. If your vet isn't particularly rabbit savvy, they may not be aware there is a nodular form of myxomatosis, and it more often occurs in rabbits that have had the vaccination. Particularly since your rabbit just got the vaccination, as there are accounts of it happening in some rabbits not long after receiving their vacs. So that still could be a possibility, though hopefully not.

Hey idk if you’ll see this since it was a few years ago. My rabbit has the same thing on his nose, did it end up just being a bite or something and your bunny was okay??

They are very vulnerable to all kinds of insect bites on their nose, little fur, and they don't see much there, It does happen that their noses look pretty rough due to that, more often than anything serious.
