I got the idea to check the horse treats out from another member's thread on here, since rabbits and horses have very similar systems. I found these

at the local Farm and Fleet store. They don't contain any ingredients that are bad for bunnies (well, they do have carbs, but as long as you don't give them in excess it should be fine), they do contain some of the ProBios good bacteria, and they have glucosamine for joint health (arthritis, age, etc). I can also tell you that bunnies and hamsters love them. I give my guys each a half a treat, sometimes a whole one if they've been well behaved.

I also got some horse treats that contain flax seeds which should help with coat condition. Also cookie-like, I give one or half of one.

They don't get these every day, but my bunnies get a treat every night before I go to bed, and these have been added to the rotation of carrots, apple cores and peels, etc; I wouldn't give them too often or in large amounts, but I think they could be helpful!
