Does a rabbit need additional of those supliments such as vit.c and probiotic in daily diet??...as i know, rabbit can produce vit.c by itself...any explanations

You are correct that rabbits produce their own vitamin C. They do not need, nor should they be given any vit C supplements. Some have conjectured that supplemented C could convert to oxolates which can lead to kidney stones. Others suggest that rabbits won't absorb extra C from their food. Either way, there is no reason or benefit to supplement with Vitamin C.

As for probiotics, they could have benefit under certain circumstances. However I would think a healthy rabbit should have no need for probiotics.

This is kinda off subject, but I know lots of foods are preserved using Vitamin E. Say that I made rabbit treats and used Vitamin E in them as a preservative, would that be bad for the rabbit?

Small amounts, I wouldn't think it would be an issue. I know some breeders add wheat germ oil to their rabbits feed to supplement vit E. And vit E is used to counter vit A toxicity. So it can be good and does have it's place. But if too much was added and consumed that it amounted to them getting excess vit. E, then yes. it could be harmful You would have to research the recommended vit. E range for rabbits. Like with any supplementation, it just has to be done with judgement after doing your research.

Not if the diet is ok, and if there are not any medical conditions. Repairing a bad diet with supplements imho isn't going to do much.

Any vet doc or Nutritionist here or specialist can explain further more??....
The following link is written by a DVM. Scroll to the last article to get more detailed info on what is critical in a healthy diet. In short, it repeats what many here have already stated: having a rabbit on a healthy diet is more important and trumps any supplements.
