Sprained or Fractured?

Hi I have a rabbit who 2 days ago hurt her front paw I think by landing in the wrong position since she was startled by some noise. She still walks using the paw but when she stands she lifts it up. I’m worried can anyone answer? Taking her to the vet would be expensive but any thoughts is greatly appreciated.

While it's promising that she still uses it to walk, it is concerning that she is still lifting it 2 days later. I understand the vet is expensive, but you will likely need a professional assessment to know if it is a bone break or a sprain.

Either way, I would restrict her movement to a smaller space with no options to jump on or jump off things. She likely is in pain as well (even if she isn't showing it) so at the minimum, I would recommend the vet visit to get a pain/anti-inflammatory medication like metacam to help, especially if there is any swelling.
