I just noticed that my bunny Pepper made a nest in her bedroom. She has never done that before and I'm wondering what is going on. It's a big pile of fur that she obviously pulled. I got her from the SPCA about 1-1/2 years ago and was told she was spayed. Also, there is absolutely no chance she could have come in contact with an intact male bunny, so it must be a false pregnancy. Do female rabbits ever have false pregnancies even if they have been spayed?

Yes, both intact and spayed rabbits can have false pregnancies, although they tend to be less common in spayed bunnies 
After a week she will probably lose interest, but if you remove the nest too soon, she may start all over again.
