Something under my rabbit mouth

I saw my dwarf bunny has something under his mouth,what is and should I take him to vet?

Do you mean the crustiness on the skin of his bottom lip? If it's not just a bit of something stuck to the fur, but is actually crustiness of the skin itself, then yes, you do need to take your rabbit to the vet. Most likely it's going to be rabbit syphilis. Other possibilities could be sarcoptes mange mites, or fungal dermatitis. Burst abscess might be a slight possibility as well.
