Hello,

I am wondering If I am able to show a rabbit that dosen't have apedigree at a ARBA show as long as they don't have anydisqualifications? I know they can't be granded GrandChampion thought. RObert

Yes you can. You can get legs but you cant getthe grandchampion certificate because your rabbit has to be registeredto get that, and you have to have a pedigree to register. The rabbitcant be neutered or spayed and has to be healthy without any otherbreed dqs. I hope that this helps. Good luck.

A rabbit does not need a pedigree to be shown atan ARBA show nor does it need to be "purebred". It simplyneeds to meet the standard for one of the 45 breeds.

Do keep in mind that some 4-H programs require members to have pedigreed rabbits.

Pam
