From these pictures, small and large look like boys. With medium you might want to take another picture and press down a bit harder, it's not fully exposed. You could probably do that for all three.

We need better photos to accurately determine gender! Preferably closer and please press down a bit harder. My guess is girl/boy/boy but that's only going off the spacing.
