I didn't know Laurel was poisonous. We have a huge overhang from a neighbours garden and the berries have been falling. They're away for a few months.

It seems our bunny had a berry and subsequently died. My 6 year old is totally devastated, inconsolable tonight for hours.

I feel so responsible, we just didn't have the slightest clue that it was poisonous. It's possible our 2 year old 'fed' him. [emoji29] We won't dwell on that, we told him not to give Hippy the berries (we couldn't always get rid of every single one some weren't spotted) but he is too young to know.
