Red Spot On Bunny’s Leg

Hello I’m knew here! My brand knew baby bunny I received 2 days ago has a spot I realized today and I’m very concerned. Does anyone know what this could be and if I’m concerned for nothing. The person I received him from didn’t seem too alarmed but didn’t really answer my question as to what it is. Only said to put olive oil on it twice a day. He’s eating and drinking fine. I’m not sure if I should get him to a vet. Any help would be appreciated

Hi, it's hard to diagnose from a photo it doesn't look very normal to me if i were a completely new to rabbits I'd visit a rabbit-savvy vet, just in case.
