It's probably from either the dental issue causing the drooling, or the bacterial skin infection is spreading. The vet needs to find the cause of the drooling and fix it, and your rabbit needs to be put on a rabbit safe antibiotic like enrofloxacin, meloxicam to reduce inflammation, and possibly an antibiotic eye drop as well.
