A little over a year ago my rabbit had head tilt. The vet couldn’t find anything wrong with her so they gave me some antibiotics and she made a full recovery within a couple weeks. I just figured it must have been an ear infection. Well now it’s starting again. Has anyone experienced this or know what could be causing it? I’m not finding anything online about them being healthy for so long afterwards and then it coming back. I’m wondering if this requires another trip to the vet or if I can just pick up some antibiotics. She lives with 2 other rabbits who have remained perfectly healthy.

It could be an ear infection again, there could even be dental involvement. Or it could be caused by the e. cuniculi parasite. It's not uncommon for head tilt symptoms to reoccur at a later time when EC is the cause. Or if you have cats, toxoplasmosis can cause head tilt symptoms. Those would be the top three I would want looked into.
