Rabbit spayed still pulling out fur

So Iris who is now spayed but she is still pulling out her, is that normal?

I often wonder if there is a normal with rabbits. Bonnie was neutered,but she'd still use "courting' behavior around me and would stuff wads of shredded newspaper in boxes trying to make a nest. She'd also attack Nancy if I was in the room. Normal?
