Rabbit scratch under eye

Hello! I'm currently in the bonding process with 2 buns and they got into it this past weekend. My holland lop, Bailey, came out of the fight with a small bleeding scratch right under her eye. It didn't seem to be bothering her, so I figured it was okay. As the days went on the eye looked like it was healing. However, tonight the membrane surrounding her eye is quite red (see picture). I cleaned off quite a bit of the eye goopies that were around it. Do you think this will heal on its own or should I bring her into a vet? I'm a college student, so I don't have much money to pay for vet appointments that aren't necessary, but I will of course take her if she needs it!! She's eating a drinking normally

I would wash her eye with saline solution. It should clean it out and prevent any germs from growing.

I have contact solution, is that safe or do I need to buy something specific?
